Navigating the dashboard
Learn how the sidebar, pages, and navigation are organized so you can find what you need quickly.
Sidebar layout
The VoiceCraft sidebar organizes features by how often you use them:
Primary (daily use)
Home - Workspace overview and quick stats
Inbox - All conversations across agents
Customers
Contacts - All callers and contacts in your workspace
Appointments - Booked appointments (shown only if an agent has appointment booking enabled)
Form Submissions - Submitted forms (shown only if an agent uses forms)
Orders - Voice-captured orders (shown only if an agent has ordering enabled)
Insights
Analytics - KPI dashboard with call volume, duration, booking, and escalation trends
Reports - Detailed reporting
Outreach
Call Campaigns - Outbound phone campaigns
SMS Campaigns - Text message campaigns
Build
Receptionists - Your AI voice agents
Knowledge - Organization-level knowledge base documents
Form Templates - Form builder (shown only if forms are enabled)
User avatar menu (bottom of sidebar)
Click your avatar or name at the very bottom of the sidebar to open the account menu. From here you can access:
Profile - Edit your personal details
Settings - Workspace settings, including General, Team, Billing, Integrations, and Data tabs
Theme - Switch between Light, Dark, or System
Sign out
Adaptive navigation
Sidebar items for Appointments, Form Submissions, Orders, and Form Templates only appear when at least one agent has that capability enabled. This keeps the sidebar clean and relevant to your setup.
Theme
Switch between light mode, dark mode, or system default using the theme submenu in the user avatar menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
