Contacting support
If you cannot resolve the issue on your own:
Email us at [email protected].
Include your organization name and a description of the issue.
If the issue is with a specific call, include the call date/time and caller number so we can look up the transcript.
What to include in a support request
What happened - Describe the issue clearly.
What you expected - What should have happened instead.
Steps to reproduce - How can we see the issue ourselves.
Screenshots or call IDs - Any relevant evidence.
Agent name - Which receptionist is affected.
Account and billing questions
For billing, plan changes, or account issues, email the same support address. Only workspace Owners can request billing changes.
