Connecting HubSpot CRM
Setup steps
Go to Integrations from the user menu.
Click Connect HubSpot.
Complete the HubSpot OAuth flow and authorize VoiceCraft.
The integration shows as Connected with your account email and portal ID.
What gets synced
When you enable CRM Auto-Sync on an agent's Behavior page:
Calls are logged to HubSpot as activities after each call.
Contacts are created or updated in HubSpot based on caller information.
Enabling per agent
HubSpot syncing is toggled per agent:
Go to your agent's Behavior page.
Enable the CRM Sync toggle.
Calls handled by this agent will now sync to HubSpot.
Disconnecting
Go to Integrations.
Click Disconnect next to HubSpot.
Syncing stops for all agents. Existing data in HubSpot is not removed.
Token expiry
If you see a "Needs Reconnect" flag, your HubSpot OAuth token has expired. Click Connect again to re-authorize.
