Running outbound call campaigns

What are call campaigns?

Call campaigns let your AI receptionist make outbound calls to a list of contacts. Use them for appointment reminders, follow-ups, surveys, or proactive outreach.

Access call campaigns from the Call Campaigns link in the Outreach section of the sidebar.

Campaign list

The campaigns page shows:

• Campaign name

• Agent used for calls

• Number of recipients

• Status (Draft, Running, Completed)

• Created date

Actions available: Edit, Run, View results, Delete.

Creating a call campaign

1. Click New Campaign.

2. Select which agent makes the calls.

3. Define the script or message the agent follows.

4. Add recipients from contacts or upload a CSV.

5. Configure scheduling.

6. Preview and launch.

Viewing results

Each campaign has a results view showing:

• Total calls attempted

• Calls completed

• Outcome breakdown (answered, voicemail, no answer)

• Individual call results with links to transcripts
