VoiceCraft sends notifications for key events:
New call - An agent received a call
Escalation - A call was transferred to a human
Appointment booked - A caller booked an appointment
Form submitted - A caller completed a form
Campaign launched - An outreach campaign started
Usage alerts - You have reached 50%, 75%, or 90% of included minutes
Viewing notifications
Access notifications from the bell icon or notification panel. Each notification shows:
Event type and description
Timestamp
Mark as read / dismiss actions
Automated messages
Separate from notifications, your agents can send automated SMS messages to callers. These are configured per agent in Behavior > Automated Messages and triggered by events like appointment confirmation or order capture.
