Understanding your plan and usage
The Billing page
Go to Billing from the user menu. Here you see your current subscription details:
Plan information
Plan name and tier
Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
Current billing period start and end dates
Monthly price
Whether the plan is set to cancel at period end
Usage (current period)
Minutes used - Combined call and SMS usage for this billing period
Minutes included - How many minutes your plan includes
Overage rate - Cost per minute if you exceed your included minutes
Plan limits
Max agents - How many receptionists you can create
Knowledge storage - Maximum MB of uploaded documents
Form templates - How many form templates you can create
What counts as usage
Call minutes and SMS activity are metered in real time. After each call, usage is incremented and reported to your billing provider.
Usage notifications
VoiceCraft sends notifications when you reach:
50% of included minutes
75% of included minutes
90% of included minutes
This helps you avoid unexpected overage charges.
