Restoring a deleted agent

Deleted agents are soft-deleted and can be recovered within your data retention period (default: 30 days).

1. Go to Settings from the user menu.
2. Open the Trash section.
3. Find your deleted agent in the list.
4. Click Restore.
5. The agent returns to your agent list with its previous configuration intact.

Retention countdown

Each deleted agent in the Trash shows a countdown timer until permanent deletion. Once the retention period expires, a background job purges the agent and it cannot be recovered.

Immediate purge

If you want to permanently delete an agent right away (to free up an agent slot), click Purge instead of Restore. This is irreversible.

Prevention

• The delete button is in a Danger zone section at the bottom of the agent overview, with a confirmation dialog to prevent accidental clicks.
• Consider deactivating (setting to Inactive) instead of deleting if you might need the agent later.
