Appointments are not being booked
Check these
1. Appointments enabled
Go to your agent's Duties or Appointments page. Confirm the appointment booking toggle is on.
2. Calendar connected
On the Appointments page, check the Calendar Integration section:
If it shows "Connect Google Calendar" or "Connect Microsoft Outlook," no calendar is linked. Connect one.
If it shows a connected email, the integration is active.
If the agent overview shows a "Calendar not connected" alert, this is the issue.
3. Calendar availability
Your agent checks your real calendar for open slots. If all slots appear busy:
Open your calendar app and verify events are not incorrectly blocking time.
Make sure the correct calendar (not a personal one) is connected.
Check that events are marked as "busy" only when they should be.
4. OAuth token expired
If the integration shows "Needs Reconnect," the OAuth token has expired. Go to Integrations and reconnect.
Testing
Make a test call and ask to book an appointment.
Check if the agent offers time slots.
If it does, confirm the appointment appears in both VoiceCraft (Appointments page) and your calendar app.
If it does not offer slots, the issue is with the calendar connection or availability.
