Managing contacts and importing via CSV
The Contacts page
Access Contacts from the sidebar. This shows all contacts across your workspace, sorted by most recently called.
Contact information
Each contact shows:
Name
Phone number
Email
Notes
Last called date
Number of appointments
Contacts are created automatically when someone calls your agent, or you can add them manually.
Importing contacts via CSV
To import contacts in bulk:
Go to the Contacts page.
Click the Import button.
Upload a CSV file with contact information.
Map CSV columns to VoiceCraft contact fields (name, phone, email).
Review and confirm the import.
Imported contacts become available for campaigns and are matched to future callers by phone number.
Editing contacts
Click any contact to view their detail page where you can:
Edit name, email, and notes
View their call history
View their appointment history
See which agents they have interacted with
How contacts are used
Contacts are used across the entire platform:
Campaigns - Select recipients for SMS and call campaigns
Caller identification - Match incoming calls to known contacts
CRM sync - Sync to HubSpot when enabled
Form pre-fill - Auto-fill form fields for known callers
