Enabling appointment booking on your agent
Turn on the Book appointments toggle and optionally connect your calendar so your receptionist uses real availability.
Enable appointments
Go to your agent's Appointments page.
Toggle Book appointments on.
Connect a calendar
On the same page, you will see the Calendar section:
Google Calendar
Click Google Calendar.
Complete the Google OAuth flow.
Once connected, your email and calendar appear in the Calendar section.
Microsoft Outlook
Click Microsoft Outlook.
Complete the Microsoft OAuth flow.
Your Outlook calendar is linked for availability checks.
Connected state
When a calendar is connected, you will see:
The connected email address
A Disconnect button to remove the integration
Without a calendar
If appointments are enabled but no calendar is connected:
The agent overview shows a "Calendar not connected" urgency alert
The appointments page shows a placeholder availability warning
The agent will still attempt to book but cannot verify real availability
Testing
After connecting, make a test call and ask to book an appointment. Verify:
The agent offers real available slots from your calendar
The booking appears in your calendar app
The appointment shows up on the Appointments page
