Viewing your call history

Access your call history from the Inbox in the sidebar. Calls are listed across all agents in your workspace.
What you see for each call
- Caller phone number or contact name
- Which agent handled the call
- Call outcome (Answered, Escalated, Missed, Declined)
- Call duration
- Date and time
Filtering
You can filter calls by:- Agent
- Date range
- Outcome/status
Pagination
Calls are paginated with cursor-based navigation. Scroll or page through to see older calls.Inbox layout
The Inbox uses a dual-panel layout on desktop:
- Left panel - Conversation list
- Right panel - Call detail (transcript, recording, metadata)
