Testing your agent with a test call
How to make a test call
Go to your agent's overview page or any agent sub-page.
Click the Test Call button in the top action bar.
A full-screen call interface opens in your browser.
Speak to your agent as a real caller would.
When finished, the call ends and you see options to Call again or Back to agent.
What to test
Does the greeting sound right?
Can it answer common questions about your business?
Does it book appointments correctly (if enabled)?
Does it quote menu prices accurately (if ordering is enabled)?
Does it transfer to the escalation number when appropriate?
Does the voice and language sound natural?
Tips
Test calls use your browser's microphone. Make sure browser permissions are granted.
The test call interface shows the agent's name, business name, and accent color.
Test calls appear in your call history so you can review the transcript afterward.
You can access the test call from the setup checklist on Draft agents, or from the sticky action bar on any agent page.
