Pricing FAQ
How does billing work?
VoiceCraft bills on a monthly or annual cycle. Your plan includes a set number of call minutes. Usage is tracked in real time and reported to Stripe.
What counts toward my usage?
Call minutes (inbound and outbound) and SMS activity are metered. Test calls from the browser also count toward your usage.
What happens if I exceed my included minutes?
You are charged an overage rate per minute for usage beyond your plan's included minutes. The overage rate is shown on the Billing page. VoiceCraft sends notifications at 50%, 75%, and 90% of your included minutes so you can manage usage.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If the lower plan has fewer agent slots than you currently use, you may need to deactivate agents first.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your agents are paused and stop accepting calls. Your data is preserved and accessible.
Can I set a spending cap?
Yes. Go to Billing and set a usage cap to limit overage charges. When the cap is reached, agents are paused until the next billing period.
Do I get charged during the free trial?
No. The trial includes a set number of minutes at no cost. You are only charged after you subscribe to a paid plan.
