Set your notification preferences
Choose which events send you an in-app, email, or SMS alert, and add a phone number for SMS delivery.
VoiceCraft notifies you about calls, appointments, orders, forms, and billing events. You can turn each notification type on or off for each delivery channel independently.
Open notification preferences
Click the bell icon in the top-right header to open your notification feed.
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the notification popover to open the Notification Preferences panel.
Add a phone number for SMS alerts
SMS notifications are sent to a personal phone number you provide, not to your agent's phone number.
In the preferences panel, find the Phone number for SMS alerts field at the top.
Enter your number in international format, for example
+1 (555) 123-4567.Click Save.
SMS toggles are disabled until a phone number is saved.
Configure notification types
Notifications are grouped by area: Calls, Appointments, Orders, Forms, Campaigns, Contacts, Knowledge, and Billing. For each event, you can toggle three channels independently:

Click any toggle to change it. Changes save instantly; there is no Save button for individual toggles.
Available notification types
Calls: Missed calls, new voicemails, escalated calls, caller messages, callback requests
Appointments: Appointment booked, cancelled, rescheduled, and waitlist requests
Orders: New order, order issue opened, pickup reminder, menu catalog synced
Forms: Form submitted, partial form submission
Campaigns: Campaign completed
Contacts: New contact, customer story updated
Knowledge: Knowledge gaps detected
Billing: Spend cap warning, spend cap reached, free minutes used up
What to expect
In-app notifications appear in the bell feed as soon as an event occurs. Email and SMS delivery depends on your carrier and email provider, but typically arrives within a minute.
Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply for SMS notifications.
