Connecting Google Calendar
Link your Google Calendar so your agent can check real availability and book appointments for callers.
Who can do this
Connecting and disconnecting Google Calendar requires Owner or Admin role. Members cannot manage integrations.
Setup steps
Go to Integrations from the user menu, or go to your agent's Appointments page.
Click Connect Google Calendar.
You are redirected to Google's consent screen.
Sign in with the Google account that has your business calendar.
Grant VoiceCraft permission to read and write calendar events.
You are redirected back to VoiceCraft. The integration shows as Connected with your email.
What VoiceCraft accesses
Read: Checks your calendar for available time slots when a caller wants to book.
Write: Creates calendar events when appointments are confirmed.
Disconnecting
Go to Integrations or your agent's Appointments page.
Click Disconnect next to Google Calendar.
The integration is removed. Your agent can no longer check availability or create events.
Existing appointments already booked remain on your Google Calendar.
Troubleshooting
If you see "Needs Reconnect," your OAuth token has expired. Click Connect again to re-authorize.
Make sure you are connecting the Google account that owns or has access to your business calendar.
If slots are not showing correctly, verify your calendar events are not marked as "free" when they should be "busy."
