Voice Commerce — Receptionists can now take orders by phone using your menu catalog. Enable ordering from the receptionist's Duties tab, then set up your menu under the Menu tab.
Form Templates — Build custom intake forms that your receptionist collects during calls. Export individual submissions as PDF or CSV from the submission detail page.
WhatsApp — Connect your WhatsApp Business account so customers can reach your receptionist via messaging. Set up from the receptionist's Channels tab under
WhatsApp.Web widget — Embed a chat widget on your website so visitors can message your receptionist directly. Configure from the receptionist's Channels tab under
Web widget.Call Campaigns — Run outbound phone campaigns where your receptionist proactively calls a list of contacts. Manage campaigns from
Call Campaignsin the sidebar.SMS Campaigns — Send text message campaigns to a list of contacts. Manage from
SMS Campaignsin the sidebar.Knowledge citations — See exactly which knowledge documents your receptionist used to answer a caller's question. Citations appear as chips in the call transcript.
Data retention — Configure how long deleted receptionists stay recoverable before their data is purged. Set from Settings.
HubSpot CRM sync — Automatically push contacts and call logs to HubSpot after each call. Enable the
Auto-sync to CRMtoggle on the receptionist's page after connecting HubSpot in Integrations.Analytics — Track call volume, average duration, appointments booked, and escalation rate with charts. Export data as CSV from the Analytics page.
