Go to your agent's Menu page.
Add items with a name, price, and description.
Save the catalog.
If the menu is empty and ordering is enabled, the agent overview shows a "Menu empty" urgency alert.
How the agent uses the menu
During a call:
Caller asks about items or wants to order.
The agent reads available items and prices from your catalog.
Caller selects items.
The agent confirms the order and captures details.
Optionally, an SMS confirmation is sent.
Tips
Keep item descriptions concise. The agent reads them aloud.
Update prices promptly. The agent always reads from the current catalog.
Group similar items logically so the agent can present them clearly to callers.
