Exporting your data and deleting your account

Exporting data

VoiceCraft lets you export data from several places:

Call data

Go to Analytics and click Export to download call data as CSV. This includes call dates, durations, outcomes, and agent information.

Contacts

Export your contact list from the Contacts page.

Form submissions

Go to Form Submissions and use the bulk export to download submissions as CSV. Individual submissions can also be exported as PDF.

Deleting your account

To permanently delete your personal account:

1. Go to Profile from the user menu.

2. Scroll to the bottom.

3. Click Delete Account.

4. Confirm the deletion.

This removes your user record and organization membership. If you are the only Owner of an organization, you must transfer ownership first or the organization will be orphaned.

Requesting full data deletion

If you need all organization data deleted for compliance purposes (GDPR right to erasure), contact [email protected] with your organization name and the request. We will process the deletion and confirm when complete.

What gets deleted

• User profile and credentials

• Organization membership

• If the organization is deleted: all agents, calls, transcripts, contacts, appointments, form submissions, orders, and knowledge documents
